1. What LiftingLabs is
LiftingLabs is software for strength and powerbuilding programming. We read your training history (from connected logging apps or manual entry), compute prescriptions using documented training-science frameworks, and present them to you. We track volume against published landmarks, autoregulate from your reported RPE, and flag fatigue patterns. We don't move barbells. You do.
2. What LiftingLabs is not
- Not medical advice. See our Not Medical Advice page. If anything hurts in a way training shouldn't, see a qualified professional.
- Not a coach replacement. A great coach watches you move and adapts in real time. We automate the math.
- Not a guarantee. Strength and physique outcomes depend on adherence, recovery, nutrition, genetics, and a dozen factors outside our control.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the security of your login credentials. Don't share your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We'll act on account-deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Your data
You own your training data. We process it to power the engine. You can export everything to JSON from the Account page at any time. Deleting your account irreversibly removes every row attached to your user ID — TMs, sets, prescriptions, volume ledger, readiness check-ins, mesocycles, deload events, connector accounts, and exercise mappings. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be retained for internal analytics.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use LiftingLabs to: scrape our system, reverse-engineer the engine, attempt to compromise other users, or feed our LLM features prompts designed to evade the medical-advice and content guardrails. We'll suspend accounts that do.
6. Billing
While we're building, the full engine is free. When Pro launches, you'll see prices in-app before anything changes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We honor refund requests within 7 days of charge for any reason. Cancel anytime from Account → Plan.
7. Liability
LiftingLabs is provided as-is. We're not liable for injuries, lost gains, missed competitions, or any indirect damages. Train within your limits. The math is deterministic; the lifting is yours.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything material, you'll see a banner in-app and an email to the address on file before the change takes effect.
